Executive Overview
We believe there is a room for smaller companies in the retail technology market. A smaller firm is more personalized and more responsive, which allows the decision-making process to be streamlined, reducing delays. The person you deal with is the decision-maker, the person that calls the shots. People enjoy working with folks on a personal level that’s part of what smaller firms have to offer. However, at Su CASA Enterprises, we still need to be aware of the service aspect of our initiatives along with emerging information technology and not allow ourselves to become self-satisfied in an industry that is constantly changing. The continued boom of the home and business technology market along with the vast resources of information available in most reassuring.
As with any large concept, it is always important to start small and pace your growth. We believe that how we differentiate ourselves from the other technology ventures is what will set us apart in the industry as well as determine our success in what we want to accomplish. Aligning ourselves with several initiatives afford us flexibility in setting priorities, allows us opportunities to change as technology changes, enhances our ability to forge relationships, and expand our ability to attract a select group of partnership expertise --- all designed to deliver better solutions.
Because we are not a manufacturer, we are not in the business of promoting a particular component or product. As a matter of fact, this is what sets us apart from the other technology ventures. Su CASA Enterprise is about combining a number of technology products and building them into an infrastructure solution. Where information and technology become wisdom, Su CASA Enterprise is about empowering homes and businesses with solutions. We like to think of ourselves as a facilitator towards building stronger and smarter communities.
At Su CASA Enterprise, we recognize that it will take hard work, dedication, proper asset and inventory control, and a well-positioned partnership and promotion program to be successful. The key to success will be our core initiatives, technical expert advisors and a spectra of business and community support. Effective agreements have benefits for everyone. These agreements must be accompanied by commitments from all participants to reduce barriers in how technology can be used in homes and businesses, increase access and portability of information technology, and help build a smarter community. Su CASA Enterprise has a highly focused multi-dimensional plan to attract our partners and develop our customer base quickly. With a firm belief that our value-based solutions makes better sense and is a responsible philosophy, SU CASA Enterprise is a step in the right direction

Philosophy on Products and Services
We acknowledge the fact that there is a common need for creating affordable technology solutions. Most important we understand that the right strategic partners for technology is the key to successful delivery. We are not in the business of selling products that are already being sold. We are in the business of selling solutions. Our solutions will incorporate a broad range of components, infrastructure, and integration items so that integration is a primary focus and cost efficiency a priority.
Each entity of Su CASA Enterprise can accomplish this by ensuring that all components use standard communication protocols so that integration is made easy and simple. Cost efficiency will carry an emphasis on ensuring that all investments made over time are protected, and new features are easy to add on. Particular attention will be directed at features duplicated across components. Considerable effort will be directed at eliminating duplicated cost that usually occur when features are duplicated. The value added will always incorporate the right components with the right features, for a total solution.
Product partners for components can include, but are not limited to: computers, cabling and switches for whole-house and office management, routers, firewalls, web-hosting, email services, community-based servers, video-surveillance and access control, enterprise-wide networks, and web-compliant applications.
It is not intended for Su CASA Enterprise to store large inventories of these products, but rather to negotiate with product vendors and leverage the appropriate resources to bring the right solution for home and business needs.
Our History
The birth of Su CASA Enterprises is an interesting story evolving from the frustrating realization that most families do not have access to any technology of any sort. While building a new home in early 1992, we became disillusioned by what we considered to be a gross oversight with such a simple solution. Deploy technology as an appliance so affordability can be easily addressed. The most obvious advantages to have technology as part of a home (or business) appliance is to own a home or business that is prepared and capable of meeting and growing with the ever-changing demands that are postures for success. The growing demand for high-speed DSL and Cable Modem Internet access, home networking of computers, multiple phone lines, home security services, home theaters, multiplayer gaming and digital satellites make technology in a home or office today not an option but a necessity. In fact, a home or office built today without any technology components is considered obsolete before the consumer moves in. With technololgy solutions in place, the possibilities are endless. Including computers, printers, scanners, applications and softwares, and even networks as appliances allows consumers to accomplish almost anything like, internet access, shared printers & software, multiplayer gaming from separate rooms, and yes, audio and video distribution from a single source, inside and outside TV based security monitoring and even automation and control of lights, temperature and electricity as well as home health monitors. The possibilities are endless. The technology is available today. Today is when comsumers can plan, design, architect, and build envorioments for the future. Su CASA Enterprises and a host of valued technology partners is a step in the right direction.
